Nifty 120-130

Hello,

I plan on using or modifying the stock 140 brake booster stand support bracket if I can or if not doable I will fabricate a support bracket that will go between the booster and the booster bracket and then bolt to the inner fender ala the original.

I checked a Volvo chassis number chart and if you combine all 3 140 body styles, the 2 door, the 4 door, and the station wagon, Volvo made over 800,000 Volvos that have the brake booster stand that I have used for my modified stand for 122S with manual transmissions so not that rare a part.

And BTW, Volvo made over 80,000 122S station wagons, so there should be a good used rear end out there for you to find somewhere near you in case you do follow my suggestions towards installing your 1800e rearend.

The 1800e/es booster has a smaller stud mounting pattern than the 140 brake booster that fits my modified brake booster stand.
