What size radiator trans cooling line fitting? 900

Purchased a radiator for the 960 online. The rad came with brass fittings to attach to the radiator for the transmission cooling lines. The fittings fit in the radiator, but the nipples are too small for the female connectors on the flanged ends of the cooling lines.

The supplier of the rad is working with his supplier to provide the correct fittings, but I'm not hopeful they'll get results. Rather than return the radiator, I'm just trying to find the correct fittings. The local hardware / plumbing supply houses sell fittings of 3/8 and 1/2 inch tapered. This fitting is in a metric size, not tapered.

Hence my question: If I order the fitting online, what size do I specify to be sure it will mate up with the trans cooling line?
