90 740 stalls, spits and sputters after driveing 30 to 45 minutes & rpms go to 0 and back and forth 700 1990

hello, I have a 90 740 with the regina system. I have had alot of different issues. I have replaced, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel pump relay, air temp sensor, ecu (used) and ignition switch. The current problem I am haveing is after the car warms up good, say 30 to 45 minutes, it will cut back and start spitting and sputtering , while this is happening the rpm needle goes to zero and back and forth. It is like it is flooding out or will not take any gas. EWhat do you guys think this could be. I just don't know what else to do, It is driveing me crazy!
