Steering rack bleeding 700

I would lift the front of the car and disconnect the return line at the rack, allowing it to drain into a pan. Have a friend keep the reservoir filled, then turn on the engine and try the lock-to-lock trick with the steering wheel. The greater volume of fluid flushed out should take the air with it without filling the fluid with bubbles and then sucking it from the reservoir back into the pump and rack. Make sure you have enough fluid on hand.
