Which power steering rack do I have? 200 1989

Car is an '89 245DL. Today I did a semi flush of the p/s resevoir by sucking out the ATF that was in the tank and adding what I took out. I bought this cheap siphon pump from Harbor Freight and it works wonders! Better than a turkey baster! Anyway, the FAQ states that there are two ways to bleed the p/s depending on what type of rack unit you have. A search did not help, as I didn't understand the visual difference between a ZF and a Cam rack. So, anyone know what an '89 245 would have?
