I read your other posts and I've got to ask this question.. 200

Thankyou Art, and everone else who has replied. Excuse my lack of knowlage, I dont work on Volvo's, I am trying to help out someone in need, and I am not sure were to go. I have tried all suggestions, and am still trying to figure this one out. I am going to purchase the adapters for the fuel rail to add to my guage, and check fuel pressure. It sounds like from some of the replies, that the pressure regulator may be a cause?
