Maybe some help here 200 1982

I may look into that modified regulator, the intake hose does have holes in it and I have one on the way from a parts distributor so that will be fixed. It makes sense though because I have a really crappy idle taht I have had for quite some time that could very well be the culprit. Thanks everyone for the info Im gonna take it and have a new mechanic look at it, he is a euro specialist so he might be able to tell how to fix it real good. Greenmachine I tried to e-mail you but the system is wierd, do you have another e-mail address that I can send to you?
