Need help switching front seats on a '91 240 sedan 200 1991

Happy Easter!
I am going to try and switch my front seats this weekend on my 240. The driver side is shot and is killing my back. I did a search for previous postings on this subject but they were very vague in the process. Can any one help me? I have never done anything like this before, so if you would, be as simple with the directions as possible. I plan on switching the top and bottom out. Can I tackle this in a day? Few hours? Any special tools needed? Any tricks?
