Resolved... 700 1990

...and boy, do I look foolish now. I can't recall how many times I've told people to start with the basics! I can't seem to take my own advice though.

After collecting various measurements, I concluded that the problem was not the dimensions of the replacement part; cheap though it may be, it was only 0.27mm taller than the old one. Checked both calipers, strut mounts, etc,... End result: I'd picked up a nail in the tire at the shop and the right front tire was down almost 15psi. All good now... My apologies!
