Brake Junction Box Rebuild on an '88 240 200

Good Evening Folks;
Has anybody had any success in rebuilding the brake junction box on a '88 240? We changed the front calipers, hoses and master cylinder on my son's car and we cannot get the brake failure light to go off. We tried the reset procedure as described in the 700 series FAQ's and the Haynes manual, but no luck. When you remove the plastic switch body there is fluid present and according to the Haynes that means the valve is leaking. Any advice, anybody got a used one?

Regards;
