Blue smoke from antifreeze? 200

I have confirmed blown head gasket. Car was overheated by previous owner. Anti-freeze mists out #2 spark plug hole. But I have alot of blue tinted smoke coming from the tailpipe under acceleration, and a little all the time (much more while motor is cold). Compression readings are:
dry:
155
137.5
150
157.5

wet:
165
195 (oil / coolant together made too much pressure?)
160
167.5

My question is: Can the anti-freeze being burned in #2 cylinder cause the smoke to be blue tinted? Or could really bad valve seals cause the blues under acceleration?
Thanks (this is my first Volvo),
Dan
