What is a good price? 200 1992

Hi everyone. I have a 1992 Volvo 240 GL. I am looking to sell it, and I am wondering what I should price it at. It has 60,000 miles on it, and it has an automatic transmission. It is in good shape, but as with any 15 year old car there are a few things that arent so good. The A/C does not blow cold, but it works. There is some sort of problem with the power door locks. We never figured it out, and currently we have the fuse unhooked. The problem was causing the battery to die. It has new exhaust, new tires, and new brakes. We got the car from a family member who was the first and only owner. It is a solid car, and I am only looking to sell it because it is our fourth car, and we dont really have the space for it. I was thinking of listing it around 4,000$, would that be a good price? Too high or too low? Thanks, any advice on the price would be great.
