Help. Body info re: Rusted Rockers/Sills 1800 1961

Hello Fellow Volvo lovers

I am restoring a British-built P1800 coupe. The sill sections are very badly corroded on both sides. (Please note that I am writing from South Africa where we refer to the lowest painted section on the side of the vehicle as a "sill". This is the same section the Americans refer to as a "rocker panel") I am ready to fabricate the replacement panels and would like to access some high-def photographs of repairwork you may have come across.

In particular, if you know (from an original or meticulously restored vehicle), the exact location of the vertical joins (joints) in the sill panel. I suspect that there are two of these, the forward one in the vicinity of a point on the sill in line with the front wing (fender) and the leading edge of the door, and the rear join at a point approximately in line with the trailing edge of the door.

I would really appreciate the help and will reciprocate with any restoration advice I may be able to offer.

Thanks so much.
