Electrical woes.Ignitionswitch related? 200 1982

I have been having problems on and off with my ac blower which I replaced about a year ago and I think it might be related to my ignition switch which might be worn out. What happens is that when I start the car initially the blower, windowwipers and horn don't work and I have to turn the ignitionswitch slightly anticlockwise to make those work.
Furthermore sometimes the blower works on all setting, low to high but mostly it only works on low/position 1.If I change it then to positions 2,3 and 4 the blower stops working. Also I have not been able to find a clear wiring diagram so far.Could it possibly be a bad ground somewhere?

Thanks in advance for your help. This site has been very helpfull!
