question about water pump belt 700

I have a new to me 760 1986 with the turbo engine. I found out the water pump is loose because it is missing a bolt. My question is, is there a tensioner bolted directly to the water pump. The repair manual says to loosen the alternator but this does not make sense to me because the water pump is on another belt than the alternator. I suspect there is more than a bolt missing on the water pump, does anyone have a picture of that area from underneath the car?

If not I will try to find a camera and take a few pictures and see what you guys and gals think.

Thanks,

Matei
