Purchased harbor freight ac manifold gauge set. I need a little help hooking things up.

Im trying to learn how to do this. Im little confused as to how to hook this puppy up. I just want to add 134 to the system. The manual that comes with this tool is not very complete. It gives instructions for testing the system, but then says absolutely nothing about how to charge the system. I dont get it.
