spare tire replacement 200 1993

I went to check my compact spare and it was soft. I started to fill it but soon realized, to my surprise, that there was a large blast area where apparently the air exited in a hurry!

I took it into Goodyear and they said tire shops don't carry the compact spare, so a couple of questions come to mind:
1. Where can I get a replacemnet spare?
2. Does a full size spare fit in the space? (I don't think so but didn't measure exactly).
3. Should I get a full size spare by picking up a wheel at the junk yard?
