I have a set of Bosch OEM foglights mounted, and want to wire them up. I saw this connector, and was wondering if the car is pre-wired for foglights, or perhaps had them at some point?

Anyway, some educated guesses about this connector would be helpful.

It comes out of the same part of the harness that the headlights do, emerging on the passenger side of the compartment from behind the washer fluid container. It's never been connected to anything since I have the car, so I'm hoping.
