123GT or just an optioned 2 door 122S? 120-130

I know of a local owner of what looks like an original 123GT. Some things don't quite add up though. For a start it does not have overdrive.

I have decoded what I can of the name plate but there are two special 4 digit codes that I have no information about.

Can anyone tell me if this car is a genuine 123GT or is it possible that it was just optioned to have all the visable 123GT parts. Maybe it was a "down optioned" 123GT. It has the auxillary lamps, tacho, sports steering wheel, recessed dash and 123GT badges. It doesn't have overdrive and I don't think it has the LSD.

I tried to submit an image of the nameplate but I kept getting an error that the file type was wrong. Here's what is stamped on the nameplate.

Type: 133941 P
Colour: 94
Upholst: 425-552
S- 5118,5250

Anyone know what the two special codes mean? Is this a 123GT?
