Dash Lights Came On 200 1988

Water in the oil or oil in the water or both. Or neither.

Really bad running with one or more weak or dead cylinders. Or not.

Bubbles coming up in the radiator. Or not.

Overheating. Or not.

Coolant loss with no puddles. Or not.

White smoke from the tailpipe. Or not.

I might have missed some symptoms, it's been awhile.

Just check the oil every morning and evening for the next few days. You're looking for brownish/greyish/whitish foam. If none, great. Check the coolant for globs of oil when cold. If none, you're batting a thousand. If the car runs OK with no fluid losses or smoking, you're home free.
