Hello, I have a 83 244 Turbo Intercooler, manual, I am going to sale. I will make a post in the clasified section also with pictures also. I boughtthe car a little over a year ago. I drove it home, it had a bad ehxaust leak coming from the down pipe and exhaust manifold to head. I removed the exhaust manifold and turbo, it had 2 broken studs. I sent the turbo to turbo city for a rebuild. I started putting it back together, mounted the exhaust manifold and turbo, but haven't connected the oil, coolant and intercooler hoses. I can't crank it rite now due to the hoses not being hooked up. The interior is in great shape, The pulley is missing on the power steering pump so their is no belt on the ac compressor or power steering pump so I don't know if it works or not. It shifted fine through all gears. I couldn't try the overdrive the wires are broken where the hook to the switch. The body has some rust behind the mud flaps in the trunk, on the corner of the passenger front door. It has a volvo factory trailer hitch and the Virgo, are in good shape. The rst of the body is in good shape, it is white with blue interior. I have too many volvo's and not enough time to finish this one the way I would like. I would like to sale it for what I have invested, $700.00. I bought it a year ago from a friend that owns a towing company. the car was left in a parking lot never picked up. He was called to tow it to his lot. he contacted the owners about the bill, they signed over the S.c title to satisfy the tow bill. I bought it from him for the tow bill.
