90 240 power door locks locking, but not unlocking 200 1990

My 90 240 will lock all the doors from the driver's side keylock, and door lock knob, but will not unlock any except the driver's door. It was working up until 1 week ago. Also (side issue) I noticed that my passenger door lock will not even turn left or right with the key inserted in the keyhole (it appears frozen
or rusted solid). Tried graphite/wd40 etc squirted into the keyhole etc. Ideas on either problem? tanks...
