sway bar lube 200 1990

I recently purchased a set of 25/25mm IPD sway bars used from a dude in utah, and they look in good condition. I odered a new set of poly bushings from IPD for the front sway bar, and forgot to ask to send some lube.
I did a search for other lube's poeple have used, and the only thing I found was marine wheel bearing grease. Not sure if this is the best, or if there something else.
I am basically looking for something i can buy at the local parts store, so I dont have to order anything online and wait for it to ship.

Also since they are used the bars, they are somewhat dirty. Just wondering how people clean there bars, any special treatment? Or if its just basic soapy water and sponge.

Only planning on switching out the front bar this weekend, so just trying to make sure I have the proper lube to get the job done.
