If their really being jerks like that ,you should record them&if possible video record&then get them on the stand&let them commit perjury .
Here in Jersey ,municipal courts are just agents to raise money for localities so they can avoid raising taxes&then funnel the money to overtime for the judges&officers.
One nj muni.judge made over $220,000!!! a yr. working as the judge for local towns.
