Don't understand why anyone would want to live in a place like that.
That is one of the reasons I was so glad to leave Panama to come home.

There have been a few places in Oklahoma that got the reputation of being
speed traps including a couple that got more than half their operating revenue
from tickets on nonresidents. The state has removed their authority to enforce
traffic laws for that reason. Oklahoma's law and politics may not be lily-white
but things are getting somewhat better, and a LOT better than a lot of places
I know of.
