ideal crankcase pressue for B230 F 200

What should be the crank case pressure when all systems (PVC etc) are working perfectly for a 1990 B230F (NA). I have a 5 bar oil pressure gauge. Even after cleaning of PVC system including oil seprator ,flame trap, all vaccume hoses, etc and using Mobile 1 10W30 it always showed more than 4 bar rather close to 5 (But never touching 5) above 3000-3200 rpm. Till 3000 RPM it used to stay at 4 bar and between 2-3 bar at idle when the oil was hot.
Yesterday I gave engine a massive dose (1/2 gallon)of distilled water fed through FPR vaccum tube (got crazy cause of a frustration related to car). The water entered the crankcase.Becase as I ran the car white creamy sludge immediatley formed at the cap.
I replaced the oil after running the car for say 10 miles and realizing that immediate replacement is needed. I also ran gunk for 3 minutes before replacing the contaminated oil .This oil I have put is 10W40 S*****(STP ??) ( famous Wal mart brand - ) I intend to replace it again after a weak days due to possible water contamination due to earlier contaminated oil.

Issue is today I ran the car till 4500-5000 rpm range and oil pressure remained at 4bar ,never got above that .The idle pressue is same at 2-3 bar when the oil was hot. Is it good or bad . Oil pressure rises as the RPMs rise but till what limit.

Many people have removed this PVC (read here once and at turbobricks ) and probaly are using oil trap and may be ventilating in to air .

I hope I am able to explain the question.

Gopesh
