760 engine to 960 700

Yes everything is the same. You can even use the 760 crossmember for the tranny, but the 960 like I said, has bolt holes for the wire from O2 sensor. Sounds like you have a big project. Here in Richmond, Virginia, there is little or no rust, so cars twenty years old stay in pretty decent shape. My project right now is a diesel engine in my 96, 960 with the electronic transmission and overdrive unit from a 4 speed. I am out to find 50 mpgs in a 4500 pound car. Pauli
