82 245 gl slight knock on cold start. 200 1982

Ok back again, occasionally I get a bit of a knock or something when I start the car. Its a b21 non turbo, it did it to me the other day when I got off work and now this morning when I started it up. The oil is new but smells a bit like fuel, the sound goes away and never comes back while im driving but it has done it twice in a week upon start up. It doesn't take long for it to go away about 2 to 3 minutes and my oil pressure light never comes on so I have no idea what the hell is going on. Im not sure if its knocking or valve clatter or what, can anyone help? The best I can guess is the fuel in the oil is thining it out and causing low pressure but I don't know.
