240 1989: downpipe & cat & o2 combinations, what do I have and what to install? 200 1989

240 DL sedan 1989 B230f

I do not believe there is anything egr related o nthis vehicle.

History:
4 years ago I had a garage replace the downpipe. They had difficultly finding a pipe of the right length AND the hole for the o2 (on the pipe).
They ended up taking a shorter version of the pipe, cutting and extending it, and using it since it (the shorter one) had the hole for the o2.
The pipe always leaked exhaust at the joint...

Anyhow now I am replacing the o2, and it DOES not come out, thread is eaten up.
So, I figured I would take the opportunity and replace that leaky downpipe.

It looks like I have a spin flange at the end.

What downpipe do I need?
Is it the longer one?
Will it have the o2 hole, in the right place, right size?
Is there a donut for the seal to the cat, or just a flat gasket?

My cat I replaced 2 years ago with a bosal from fcpgroton. No o2 in it. I would chose to keep it as it is not old.

Let me know on the downpipe, I would love to know which different combinations existed for this car this year. Thanks.
