1994 940 Passenger Air Bag Cover Panel 900

The panel that covers the air bag on the passenger side of the
car has popped up at one corner (lower right).
There's also some road noise and
cold air that comes from the air bag compartment itself so
I'd like to take off the cover and inspect the well, but
will that set off anything? Before I started banging away
or prying away at that location I thought I'd ask if anyone has a
good idea of how to remove and re-seat the cover. All the info I have
is for models that pre-date the addition of the passenger side air bag.

Any guidance on this would be much appreciated!!

Thanks!
