PLEASE - I Need Expert Level Help - No Start -B230F Regina 700 1992

The cranks fine, no problem turning over.

It won't fire.

This what I know I do have:
A strong yellow spark at the plugs
Good Compression on all 4 cylinders
A recent fuel pump - excellent fuel pressure and flow at the Schrader valve on the fuel rail.

Here is what I have replaced within the last several weeks:
ECT Sensor (last week)
Crank Positon Sensor (today)
Fuel pump (about 2 months ago)
Fue filter (about 2 months ago)
Radio Suppression Relay
FI Relay - Strong click - when I go to KPII
Changed the oil last week

Fuse 1 is good
Fuel pump turns on and loads up the fuel pressure at the rail when I go to KPII
I measure pins 13 to 5 at the ECU and have 5.06 Volts DC in KPII
Measured resistance across pins 13 to 5 and have (at current temp of about 40 F) about 5.3 K Ohms
Reseated Knock Sensor Plug/Jack
Reseated the coolant temp sensor (going to the gauge)
Reseated the Plug/Connector at the 5th injector
Reseated and Tightened all the ground connections I could find in the engine compartment
Ran the #2 Test - the injectors are firing in sequence

Crank it over, It won't fire up -
When I do crank it and then let off the key, it sort of farts a couple of times like it wants to start but, it doesn't start (WTF ?)

Then, I shut the key off and unplug the ECU (at the footwell - passenerg side) and then crank it over and it STARTED about times then quickly DIED OUT (lack of feedback from the engine sensors?
Maybe started from residual fuel in the manifold? - WTF ? ) -probably both

I am at a loss - I need some serious expert help with this

On top of this - I ordered the wrong f*****g book from Amazon Books and wound up with a flat version of toilet paper authored by Haynes..Sweet huh ? I do NOT think so.......

Please help me with this, I am ready to pour gas on this beloved wagon of mine and watch it burn just to get my money's worth out of it for the sheer entertainment value - I'll even invite the Newfies who live next door to come over and watch it go up.

Please help - I ain't much of a pyro !

Cousin John
