front disk conversion 120-130

Hello,

I'm thinking about buying a 1963 220. It's very straight, has a rebuilt b20e with a Weber, and a good m41 transmission, but it needs a paint job and the brakes lose pressure. I have a 1965 220 parts car with a great brake system and of course front disks. I'm considering swapping the brake system out of the parts car. Do I need to replace both the front suspension/steering/braking/crossmember assembly and the rear axle because the bolt patterns don't match up (seem to remember that being an issue from a previous thread)? Will everything bolt up? Will any fabrication be required? Any comments or suggestions?

thanks,
Colin
