No the stud pattern is the same, just bolt on the hubs, the calipers and caliper brackets. (stub axle/bearings are identical) If it has the wagner brakes they'll work at the rear without a servo, however the Wagner rears with a servo are lethal so you also need to change the rear brakes. again straight bolt on. You'll also need to fit the limiting valve for the rears.
