Motor mounts 700 1991

Time to change motor mounts as at least one has given up the ghost. I'm leaning toward making the lift apparatus shown in the FAQ. The pics don't show the position of the lift hook, but it is mentioned that it's toward the front of the engine. My '91 na has a lift eyelet, but it's attached to an exhaust stud off the number 3 cylinder. My question: Is this eyelet meant to be used to lift the engine? I'm not sure the exhaust stud should be used in this fashion. I don't really want to replace it right now. Where is the lift hook supposed to be located on a B230F?

These old motor mounts are about to shake my teeth out!

Thanks in advance.
Jim
