87 240 Injector System 200

Got a problem thats been driving me crazy. I have an 87 240 DL sedan that had been wrecked & set around for a couple of years. I had started the car and drove it a little so I know it ran good.
Can't get it to start now. Have spark, and good fuel pressure of about 40 psi. Did smell old gas and drained system completly, found out in - tank fuel pump was bad - replaced it. Still won't start. Suspect injectors aren't opening or plugged or something??
Need advice on basic Fuel Injection system trouble shooting. Also wondering if I have a bad ground somewhere.
Tanks in advance for your thoughts/comments. Rick M
