Adding a rear power antenna 200 1979

I am interested in adding a rear power antenna to my '79 242. It presently has the antenna that runs along the windshield on the drivers side.

My plan is actually to have the second antenna be an auxiliary antenna, as I plan on having 2 radios installed in the car. (Mostly for work related purposes; I am a radio engineer.)

My questions:

Is there a stock rear antenna option for my '79 242?

There is a powered antenna on my '86 244. Is it possible to retrofit something like this to my older '79?

I would like to be able to actually have a bit of control over how high up or down the antenna can go, meaning I don't want the antenna to always fully extend. Any ideas on how this can be accomplished?

Thanks as always.
