Driveline support bearing '92 240 AT 200

Is there a way of knowing which size driveline bearing I have without going under there and measuring it? I need to replace because I'm getting ghostly sounds from the car, which I suspect is the driveline bearing.

I'd rather not lift it twice since I'll need to order the part.
