240 Oil pan needed 200

I would have to guess that you're not the first to have this problem. And, if you were, I'd bet you could come up with a better solution than replacing the whole oil pan. Replacing the oil pan is one big job, and at the very least, it's not something you'd have to do right away. Just gave the local NAPA auto parts store a call and learned that they stock several sizes of oversized, self-tapping plugs just for this purpose. [NAPAonline]
