Quick fuel filter question. 200

82 245 GL K-jet 157,000 miles no AMM. Just a quick question, I recently changed the In-tank fuel pump, the little connecter hose, and the filter sock on my car and I was wondering if I should change the fuel filter now? I changed it last year but seeing what condition the filter sock was in I am wondering how much crap managed to make it through the system and plug the filter. It seems to crank longer than it should (3 to 4 seconds on the first start) and its acceleration seems to be a bit lower than it should be. Other than that the car is running good. I live in washington state and I always run premium gas(92 octane)Thanks for any info guys.
