a/c help please 200 1993

A/c not working;

Freon fully charged
Compressor running
Accessory fan not working, i think relay is bad, can jump it and it does run.
Dryer is not sweating. Hose going into the evaporator core (bottom one) off the dryer is ice cold near the firewall
Air blowing out in the car is barely cool.

Seems there is no freon circulating into the evaporator.

Any thoughts before I spend lots of money to fix?
