For $200 I would be all over it, provided it is rust-free.

With an '85 you need to be aware of the wiring rot; but since this car was owned and operated by a Volvo shop for the majority(?) of it's life the engine harness may have already been replaced; in any case check all under-hood wiring well.

Was it sitting outside for four years, or under cover? If it was outside the brakes and exhaust might be a mess, and check bushings, especially the front control rod (cone) bushings. But that's all easy maintenance-type stuff anyhow...

Any interior and body attention it needs just adds to the challenge; how else could you start having so much fun for just 200 bucks?

Sounds like a good base for building a turbo conversion...
