1974 144 door window channel gasket from 240? 140-160 1974

I think this has been asked before, but I don't recall how the answer went.
I was at a local junk yard last weekend and they had a couple of early 90 240's with good, soft window channel rubber in the doors. All three of the cars I looked at had power windows and of course no battery. So before going to the hassle of taking the doors apart, I'd like to check with you guys whether these gaskets indeed are interchangeable with a 1974 144.
By the way there was also a 1975 164 at the same yard (auto trans), but I couldn't see anything on the car that was worth taking. Tons of rust.
