window repair 120-130

my window dropped into the door. i'm not sure what i'm even looking at to repair this; i'm no body person at all! i'm pretty sure i can get the door panel off but looking at the haynes manual there's a cable in there? and tension pullies? and all kinds of really small parts! are parts available from anyone to repair this? i guess you could say i'm abit paniced though i haven't really opened the door panel yet. i was able to use a needle nose to get the glass out of the door and used a screwdriver as a wedge to get to work, but they're talking rain in the next couple days and summer's almost here and it sure would suck not to be able to roll the window up and down this summer!
has anyone done this more than once that can ease my panic a little? thanx in advance.
