Those crazy tie rod ends! 200 1975

Hi guys, I have a 240 with out power steering and recently I bought my self a power steering rack and column from the self-serve junk yard to fit into my car. Everything's going well with the change over until I can't budge the tie rod ends!!! I know they are meant to come out when the nuts are removed, and I tried everything including hitting the bolts with a hammer. No luck. They are stuck in too hard. How am I to get them loose? Any ideas will be very much appreciated! I am stuck half way through a job ...
