Radiators and Elec Fans 120-130

Hello all...I have searched a bit about these subjects but wanted to get some newer thoughts or ideas.

My radiator is having a rough time cooling off my engine. No engine mods. It may be clogged or it may be the fan. Either way I am looking into a new solution for both. Is there a comparable radiator that will fit into the little space. I have no problem cutting away some metal to make room for a bigger rad.

As for the fan, my bro gave me a Hayden 12" fan. Their website says that it has a rating of 800 CFM, which it fine for his little engine, 1.3 Suzuki, but not for mine. I have a taurus fan that has been kicking around, it's rating is over 2000 CFM. It is a little big for the space that I have but with some trimming it will be fine, plus I have it and might as well use it.

I would like to get a slightly larger radiator push it out a bit and then put the puller Taurus fan behind it.
