B20 compression ratios 120-130

To add to what Phil says, it might do better with the Crane cam. If I were you
I'd see if I could get a good cc volume of the combustion chamber and see how
it compares to the 50cc that Phil mentions. One way to do it is to put glass
against the face with some grease to seal it and fill it just to the bottom of
the spark plug hole (with the spark plug hole vertical). A big syringe, like they
use for injecting tenderizer into meat might work pretty well. If it is over 50cc
it might work OK, but not if it is less.
Another thing you might do is sell that head (it will be easier if you have the
cc of the combustion chambers) and the cam, and that will give you some $$ to do
the rest with the E head and D cam, which we know is a good (if not perfect) combination.
