Fuel Injection System 200

Have an 86 240 that I've had sitting around a few years. The car had been wrecked and progress has been slow putting it on the road. I had been driving occasionally so I know it runs ok. Problem is now it won't start, I do have spark and fuel pressure of 40 psi. I did detect old smelling fuel and also found the in-tank fuel pump bad. Drained fuel and changed in-tank pump. Still no go. 25 amp fuse by battery is good. To me it seems like injectors aren't opening.
Thinkin I need help on the electrical side of the fuel injection system. Your thoughts/comments are appreciated.
