Something to try first 200 1986

Lucid, I did the jumper test on a cold car and it did not help the starting at all, it's about 70 degrees F. here and it took a few cranks to get it started still. Another thing that i didnt mention was that the power drain is to the exent that at times when cranking it will bog down to choke the starter and quit cranking until you let off the key and try again.
i hope this helps with any ideas. possibly a bad starter or solenoid draining?
thanks again
