Having seen the center-windshield-mount AM antenna in pictures, I really like it and I've been trying to find one for my '58 444. I came across this eBay auction and the antenna appears similar to the OEM version:

For all you guys out there who have seen the real thing, I ask - is this similar? For the price ($15 + S&H), maybe I'll just buy it and see if it will work.
