Engine Lumpy on Cold Start / MPG Down 200

The engine in my '93 240 idles a little lumpy whenever it is first started from cold. It smooths out within a minute or so and during this time it never bogs out when pulling away. My gas consumption is also up. I replaced the OXS before this ill running started and I do not have a Check Engine indicated. In my attempts to isolate the problem, I replaced the FI Temperature Sensor and I checked the Fuel System Pressure Regulator.

Does anyone have any ideas as to where to head with the troubleshooting?

Thanks, one and all,

Rich
